What SafeBelly is — and isn't
SafeBelly is a food information app, not a medical device, and no substitute for professional medical advice. SafeBelly provides information for informational and educational purposes only; it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Verdicts are informational, based on published research and the profile you provide. Always follow the advice of your doctor, dietitian or allergy specialist, and always check the physical label — especially for allergens, where manufacturers change recipes without warning.
Your account and your content
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the condition profile you set up. Everything you log belongs to you — we claim no rights over your data, and you can export or erase it at any time.
Plans and billing
SafeBelly is a paid subscription — $7.99/month or $49.99/year (charged in your local currency where the store sets it) — with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Billing is handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel within the trial and you pay nothing; cancel later and your subscription simply doesn't renew. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as SafeBelly evolves. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email with reasonable time to review it before it takes effect.
